In the Ebro Delta, a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean Sea, this home stretches out in two directions at a 90º angle. Perfectly positioned to provide shelter from strong, north-westerly winds, the outdoor area of the home can also be enjoyed during the winter months. The main entrance benefits from cooling sea breezes during the summer heat.
Project and site management in collaboration with architect Josep Lluis y Ginovart.

In contrast, the northwest façade, the area most affected by strong winds and the afternoon sun, is protected by opaque enclosures, ensuring year-round comfort inside.
South-facing overhangs, painted with white monocapa, keep power consumption to a minimum by keeping things cool when the weather gets hot.
