The plot analysis and it’s south-east facing turn out to be an open house mainly that aspect.
A half open space is generated as a transition between interior and exterior. In the middle of this porch the structure become opened all the way up, so it works out well for the surroundings volumes.
The materiality of the facade changes as the main use inside. The common spaces (living room, kitchen, dining room...) on the ground floor and the six bedrooms on the upper level.
The blend of materials, the volumes standing out on the upper level and the arcades defining spaces itself, achieve to smooth out the main façade providing singularity.
